Lot 15 – Premium 50 (available June 6th)
Lot 19 – Premium 50 + Shade Fee ($50) (available June 1st)
Pay a $50 non-refundable reservation fee to hold your lot for up to 2 weeks. Additionally, we welcome pets as long as owners keep them leashed and clean up waste promptly. Furthermore, each lot allows a maximum of 2 dogs. We also accept small animals such as cats and rabbits.

Short Term
Our short-term rates include water, electricity, WiFi, gym access, and boat ramp access for up to 2 people. Additionally, you can add extra guests beyond 2 for just $5 per person per day. Moreover, all guests must check out before 11 AM.

Standard Yearly
Our Standard Yearly plan requires a 1-year minimum commitment. Because you set up your own electric account, you pay only for what you use. However, this plan is currently sold out. Therefore, contact us to join the waitlist. Additionally, extra guests beyond 2 cost $10 per person, and a $600 security deposit applies.

Our Premium 30 plan gives 30-amp RV owners a hassle-free monthly payment. Because we bundle electricity up to $200 monthly, you avoid surprise utility bills. Additionally, the plan includes WiFi and all core amenities. Furthermore, extra guests beyond 2 cost $50 per person, and a $150 security deposit applies.

All pricing appears in USD, and we issue no refunds. Additionally, we do not accept bartering or trades as rent payment. Furthermore, Standard Yearly tenants must set up their own electric account. Water covers up to 1,000 gallons monthly, and overages cost $0.12 per gallon.
