To reserve a lot, you can pay a $50 non-refundable reservation fee to hold a lot for up to (2) weeks from date of purchase.
**Pets are allowed with proper vaccinations, stay leashed, and that you pick up waste after them. Max of 2 dogs per lot. Small animals such as cats/rabbits are acceptable. **

Over night or weekly stays. Water, electricity, WiFi, gym, and boat ramp access for up to (2) people. More than (2), add $5 per person. Check out must be before 11am.

No Refunds, all pricing is in USD. We do not allow bartering or trades as payment for rent. Electricity for the Long-Term Monthly rate will require you to get your own electric account. Water is included up to 500 gallons, over 500 is 0.12 cents per gallon overage fee.
