Fitness Center

Our on-site fitness center — the SY GYM — gives you everything you need for a great workout without leaving the park. Specifically, the gym features a power squat rack with bench press, a full dumbbell set up to 50 lbs, a treadmill, and two stationary bikes. Additionally, the gym is open to the public with a separate membership. Therefore, whether you are a long-term tenant or just passing through, you can stay on track with your fitness goals.

EV Charger

San Ygnacio RV Park is the only RV park in the area with an on-site EV charger — in fact, the closest public EV charger is more than 50 miles away. Therefore, our Autel 240V / 50-amp Level 2 charger is an essential stop for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle owners traveling through the Laredo and Zapata corridor. To access the charger, simply download the Autel Energy app and follow the instructions. Furthermore, the charger is available to both tenants and visitors, making it a valuable resource for the entire community.

Laundromat & Vending

Our on-site laundromat is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can do laundry on your schedule. Additionally, the laundromat features four washers and four dryers. Furthermore, all machines accept credit and debit card payments through the PayRange app, making it easy to pay without cash. However, if you prefer cash, a bill-to-quarter coin changer is available on site.

Additionally, our vending machine is stocked with snacks, drinks, over-the-counter medicine, and handy accessories like phone chargers — everything you might need without having to drive into town. Furthermore, the vending machine accepts quarters, bills, and PayRange app payments for your convenience. Therefore, whether it’s late at night or early in the morning, you have everything you need right on site.

Fishing & Boat Ramp

San Ygnacio RV Park sits right next to Falcon Lake, one of the best bass fishing destinations in Texas. Therefore, our tenants enjoy free access to our bank fishing location directly next door to the park. Additionally, we offer boat ramp access for tenants included in all monthly plans. WiFi

Staying connected is easy at San Ygnacio RV Park because we offer fiber WiFi internet throughout the park. Furthermore, fiber internet provides significantly faster and more reliable speeds compared to standard WiFi, making it ideal for remote workers, streaming, and video calls. WiFi is included in all Premium 30 and Premium 50 monthly plans as well as all short-term stays.

Spacious Lots

Our RV lots are 35 feet wide by 50 feet long, making them big rig friendly and comfortable for large RVs. Additionally, we offer both pull-through and back-in lot configurations. Furthermore, full 50-amp and 30-amp hookups are available, along with sewer and water connections on every lot. We consistently receive compliments from guests about how peaceful, quiet, and well-maintained the park is. Therefore, whether you are staying for a night or a full year, you will feel right at home.
