About 35 miles South of Laredo — roughly a 35-minute drive via US-83. Many of our long-term tenants commute to Laredo daily for work.

San Ygnacio is approximately 10 minutes North of Zapata on US-83, making us a convenient base for anyone working in or visiting the Zapata area.

Yes. We offer full 50-amp and 30-amp hookup lots, all with water and sewer connections. Our Premium 50 monthly plan includes electricity up to $250/month with 50-amp service.

Yes. Our lots are 35 feet wide by 50 feet long and comfortably accommodate large rigs. We have both pull-through and back-in lots available. Guests regularly compliment how spacious and uncrowded the park feels.

Yes. Tent camping is available at $10 per night, which includes water, electricity, WiFi, gym access, and boat ramp access for up to 2 people.

We have three monthly plans:

• Standard Yearly – $220/mo: 1-year minimum. You set up your own electric account. Includes water, sewer, trash, laundromat, gym, and boat ramp. Currently sold out.
• Premium 30 – $475/mo: 30-amp service. Electricity up to $200/mo included. Includes fiber WiFi, laundromat, gym, and boat ramp.
• Premium 50 – $550/mo: 50-amp service. Electricity up to $250/mo included. Includes fiber WiFi, laundromat, gym, and boat ramp.

All monthly plans are for up to 2 people. Extra people add $50/month (Premium) or $10/month (Standard).

$30/day or $150/week. Tent camping is $10/night. All short-term stays include water, electricity, WiFi, gym access, and boat ramp access for up to 2 people. Check-out is before 11 AM. Additional guests beyond 2 add $5/day per person.

Call or text us at (956) 307-8535 to confirm availability. Once confirmed, pay a $50 non-refundable reservation fee to hold your lot for up to 2 weeks. Monthly tenants also complete a Guest Agreement available on our website.

Yes. Premium 30 and Premium 50 plans require a $150 security deposit. The Standard Yearly plan requires a $600 security deposit.

We accept credit and debit card payments online. No bartering or trades are accepted as payment. All pricing is in USD and no refunds are issued.

Yes — fiber WiFi internet is available throughout the park and is included in Premium 30 and Premium 50 monthly plans, as well as all short-term stays. WiFi is not included in the Standard Yearly plan.

Yes. Our on-site laundromat is open 24/7 and features four washers and four dryers. All machines accept payment through the PayRange app. A bill-to-quarter coin changer is also available on site for cash payments. Laundromat access is included in all monthly plans.

Yes! Our vending machine is located at the laundromat and is stocked with snacks, drinks, over-the-counter medicine, and accessories like phone chargers — so you never have to drive into town for essentials. The machine accepts quarters, bills, and PayRange app payments.

Yes — the SY GYM is on site and includes a power squat rack with bench press, a full dumbbell set up to 50 lbs, a treadmill, and two stationary bikes. Gym access is included for all Premium monthly plan tenants. The gym is also open to the public with a separate membership.

Yes. The park has a boat ramp and bank fishing access on the Rio Grande River right next door — one of the best bass fishing destinations in Texas. Fishing and boat ramp access is free for all monthly tenants. Non-tenants pay $10 per vehicle for boat ramp access.

Yes. We have an Autel 240V / 50-amp Level 2 EV charger compatible with all electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. We are one of the only locations in the area with an EV charger — the closest public charger is more than 50 miles away. The charger is available to both tenants and visitors. Download the Autel app to access and pay for charging.

Yes — and this is one of the things that sets us apart. We send individual text message notifications to all tenants for significant weather alerts, community events, local news, and scheduled maintenance such as grass cutting and tree trimming. We always give tenants the opportunity to make specific requests before any landscaping work begins. Because we treat our tenants like neighbors, San Ygnacio RV Park feels like a true community and not just a place to park your RV.

Absolutely. We are a top choice for contract workers, oilfield crews, traveling nurses, and construction workers in the Laredo–Zapata corridor. Our monthly rates are affordable, the park is quiet, and we offer fiber WiFi, a gym, and laundromat with everything you need for extended work stays. Many tenants have stayed with us for months or over a year.

Yes. San Ygnacio RV Park is consistently described by guests as quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Located in the small, peaceful town of San Ygnacio, the park has a relaxed, community atmosphere. Our staff is responsive and attentive to any issues.

Yes! Pets are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and owners must clean up waste. Maximum 2 dogs per lot. Cats, rabbits, and other small animals are also allowed. Pets must have current vaccinations.

Yes. We serve both English and Spanish-speaking guests. Our information brochure is available in both languages, and our staff can communicate in both English and Spanish.
